Apple posted revenue of 114.5 billion dollars for its fourth fiscal quarter ending September 26, according to Bloomberg Tech. That figure represents a 12 percent increase and narrowly topped analyst estimates of 113.5 billion dollars compiled by Bloomberg. Bloomberg Tech, XTB.com, and The Edge Malaysia all reported that while total sales met or beat expectations, sales in the key Chinese market fell short. [1][6][7][8]

The company saw quarterly growth driven by its iPhone and Mac product lines, according to reports from XTB.com and Chosunbiz. However, Chosunbiz noted that Apple flagged ongoing headwinds in China alongside issues in memory supply. [7][9]

To help stimulate sales in China, Apple plans to launch its Apple Intelligence features in the region in December with iOS 27.3, Computerworld reported. The feature will run as a developer beta first, using Alibaba's Qwen model for certain capabilities after China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved the use of Alibaba artificial intelligence models with the iPhone in October 2026. Apple Inc. was incorporated in January 1977 in Cupertino, California, by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. The company sells consumer electronics including the iPhone smartphone line and Mac personal computers. [10]
