Software developer MacPaw has introduced Eney, an artificial intelligence assistant created specifically for Apple users. 9to5Mac and Mezha.net both report that the software is available on both Mac computers and iPhones. [1][2]

According to 9to5Mac, Eney is built to integrate directly with core Apple services. These core services include Mail, Calendar, and Reminders. [1]

MacPaw is known for developing the CleanMyMac utility and the Setapp application service. Setapp launched in 2016 as a subscription-based catalog providing access to macOS and iOS applications, offering developers an alternative distribution method to Apple's App Store. In 2024, Setapp launched an iOS marketplace app in the European Union. [1][3]
