Amazon launched two new personal artificial intelligence devices called the Bee Frontier and the Bee Eclipse on October 15, 2026. GSM Arena, 9to5Google, and CNBC Tech all reported that both devices are designed to listen to spoken conversations and automatically turn them into summaries, to-do lists, and reminders inside the Bee app. The product launch comes just over a year after Amazon acquired the AI startup Bee, according to reports from How-To Geek, 9to5Google, and The Verge. The Bee Frontier is a wearable device priced at $75, according to CNBC Tech. GSM Arena and How-To Geek noted that users can wear the device on a wristband or clip it directly onto their clothing. GSM Arena reported that the Frontier features dual microphones with noise filtering, an IP67 water resistance rating, USB-C charging, and up to seven days of battery life, while coming in Lavender, Sage, and Onyx color options. The Bee Eclipse is a smartphone attachment priced at $100, according to CNBC Tech. CNBC Tech described the device as a credit card-sized voice recorder, while 9to5Google reported that it attaches magnetically to smartphones equipped with Qi2 or MagSafe technology. [3][4]

The new releases mark Amazon's expansion into hardware designed for continuous AI note-taking. Engadget and The Verge reported that users will need a paid Pro subscription service alongside the hardware to access the full features of the devices. [5][6]
